Terms and Conditions – The Supply Guys Tradesman Toolbox Competition

Eligibility:

The Supply Guys Tradesman Toolbox Competition (hereafter referred to as “the Competition”) is open to individuals who are current students studying a trade or are enrolled to study in 2025.

Employees of The Supply Guys and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Competition.

Entry Period:

The Competition begins on March 15, 2024, and ends on November 30, 2024 (the “Entry Period”).

How to Enter:

Eligible participants may enter the Competition by completing the online entry form available on The Supply Guys website during the Entry Period.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

Prize:

The prize for the Competition is a tradesman toolbox valued at R20,000.00 (twenty thousand South African Rand).

The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

Winner Selection:

The winner will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

The draw will be conducted within seven days after the end of the Entry Period.

The winner will be notified via email or phone within fourteen days after the draw.

Claiming the Prize:

The winner must respond to the notification within fourteen days of being contacted.

If the winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, another winner may be selected through a redraw.

The winner may be required to provide proof of eligibility, such as student enrollment status, before claiming the prize.

Publicity:

By entering the Competition, participants agree to The Supply Guys using their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

General Conditions:

The Supply Guys reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

The Supply Guys reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond their reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Competition.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of South Africa.
